Okay, I need some help. My stepmother is a terrible witch. It's unbelieveable. Me and her are like on a not-talking-to-each-other thing and we've been ignoring each other for 2 weeks now. We normally have little arguments every so often for the last past 2 years (the amount of time I've been living with my dad and her), but it's becoming really frequent like every week now that I've been showing some courage and standing up to her. But now shes began to do really mean things delibrately. But shes really sly and she when she does stuff like that she does it to where it provides only inconvienances for me so she can have her little laugh and my dad not find out about it. She hasn't done anything serious, just petty little stuff that I'd rather make fun of, but I can't pretend it doesnt bother me. Any suggestions on how to get back at her?

if you bought it from a dealer take it back chances are they knew the light would be coming on and even thou you bought it without warranty they still can not knowingly lsell a defected car. Threaten to call the loan bank and make a big deal out of it because its expensive to have this system repaired. When the light comes on it means something is wrong even if the air system seems to be working there is some part of it that has failed or is going to fail and once again it cost a lot of money to get it fixed.

HELP! Can the estate of deceased custodial parent sue for back and future child support from deadbeat dad?

This must be a very difficult for the children, although who do the children want to live with? Here's the deal, just because the mother is deceased, doesn't erase his debt. Also, back child support has no bearing on the fact that he is these children's father and with that being said, it is the same as far as the relationship with the kids, just because he is their father, doesn't mean the courts are going to find him to be the right custodial guardian. IF THEY GUY HASN'T PAID CHILD SUPPORT IN 8 YEARS--I don't think he is miraculously going to begin paying it now. I would plan on zero financial support if you are choosing to raise the children, additionally I believe any funds from back child support would go to the children, not the guardian.

Gardening Plan for Preschoolers in Oz?

We are planning a garden, mainly a veggie patch, for our preschool. It is Autumn here and we are looking for a planting program/plan to cover the next few months through to December (ie Winter/Spring/early-Summer). I am 25. I want to work in social care with plans of going to university at some point. When I was 19 I was charged with ABH though it was in self defence and I did not actually harm anyone but the opposite party fabricated evidence which led me having to answer a plea, which I pleaded not guilty. Why doesnt my brother eat anything?

ok well i have a baby brother thats 17 months old and he wont eat. we went to the doctor to tell him and he said to not feed him milk so we didnt. we waited eight hours with no milk he was hungry by crying so we gave him food and he just throws it. so we had to give him milk because we cant starve him to death! and when he was around 11 months old he ate alot but not since 6 months he wont eat maybe one tiny bowl of soup per week. otherwise he just eats like baby cheetos but still not much. but to food he never wants any. if we feed him in his mouth he gets nausea and throws up. we asked the pediatrics to give us vitamins to replace his nutrition but they keep telling us to not feed him milk but it doesnt work he could go a day without eating until he gets his milk! please help we are worried that without the 1000 calories he needs a day he might get like blood cancer can he for no vitamins? and why wont he eat he only loves his milk help!!!!!!

Dream of buried cats?

Why can't my firefox load any pages while downloading?

I've been using Mozilla Firefox for over a year and a half now and it's been great. But for last few days I've been experiencing a problem. Whenever I'm downloading files firefox can't load any pages. Neither can internet explorer. But the internet connection says that it's connected, the messenger is working, and the file is downloading. In fact, the download speed is much faster than usual. Before the problem started occurring, the download speeds were around 24KB/S, now they're 45KB/S. This started happening after I installed Spybot Search and Destroy and did the first scan (and removed 67 infected files) and than immunized Firefox and Internet Explorer. On the same day, I also increased the half-open TCP connection limitation (TCP/IP limit) from 10 to 60.

I was in a bad relationship and now I need some advice!!!?

This is a long one- but i need all the help i can get.. so I basically have an extremely complicated boyfriend problem. I've been in an on and off relationship with a guy for about 3 years. He's 21 and I'm 19. And though I know we both love each other our relationship is definately not a normal healthy one. A lot of things complicate the situation. First of all, We've grown up living in the same town and this past fall I moved over 1000 miles away with my mom to go to a junior college near her until the end of the spring. Second of all, he's got some of his own issues. He's been heavy into drugs not long ago (painkillers), and although he's finall realized he's an addict and goes to the doctor now and is on meds- he's not really on a straight program or seem totally motivated to get better, and he's also still best friend with some of the guys he did the drugs with. Third- I just feel a total lack of respect from him anymore. As far as cheating goes I've asked people he works/hangs with if he has and theyve said they dont think he'd do that to me- but i'm still not sure since he's lied to about about lots in the past. Our relationship has never been the normal kind I've wanted- and for that matter what almost all people that are in one want. I just want simple things- us to be able to hang out with friends together- him to be able to be around my family- us to go out more together when I am home or at least to spend more time together- and for him just to not be so secretive. I used to have all of the self confidence in the world- and now I feel completely insecure. I'm a gorgious, intelligant, and fun girl- I know I'm worth a hundred times more than this relationship- but the fact that heeee doesn't seem to agree hurts me like hell because I've gotten almost addicted to him. It's even changed my personality for the worst- I've become psycho crazy half of the time and pick fights with him because he wont change and cry- and I mean no wonder hald of the time he doesnt want to talk to me or deal with it. But ive just become so tired and frustrated. After a freak out I had last week I basically just bluntly just told him to leave me the hell alone- and he has. I've broken up with him sooo many times and have run back- I'm sure he thinks this is no different- although we haven't talked in almost a week now (he's IMed me a couple times but i never answer). I guess I just want him to realize how bad he messed things up with us and whatnot but I feel like in his mind I'm always just going to be just another girl- even though I basically sacrificed my own life to try to help him. And what scares me even more is that after leaving him the next girl he meets is all of the sudden going to change him like I never could and I'm ultimately the one that gets screwed over. Should I just leave it as is and not talk to him for a while? I'm actually going home in a week if that helps at all...would it be better if i just completely didnt see him when i go home??

Possible without a plane?

Okay, so, I've wanted to go China/Korea/Japan way for a while now, but I absolutely detest planes, even short little rides. There is no way I could stay on one for around or upwards of the 10-hour flight it'd take (in fact, I don't think I could get on one at ALL). So my question is: would it be possible to get as far as Japan in a REASONABLE amount of time and for a reasonable cost, just by using trains, coaches and boats? How long would it take? We have been paying three of our US Senators for well over one year for doing a job that they can't and are not doing because they have been campaigning for President. These are McCain, Obama, and until recently, Clinton. I am of the opinion that we should require our Senators and/or Congressmen to resign their seats if they are involved in an active campaign for say six months. If a person thinks he is a serious contender for President, they shouldn't keep their legislative seats inactive so they can fall back on them if they fail in their attempt. Governors should be up to their States, they at least have a Lieutenant Governor to fill in for them while they are away. The only person that did this to my knowledge is Bob Dole, and I think it was the right thing to do. Vice President canidates need not be included because their campaign time is short, except in cases like say Obama picked Clinton who already had been involved for more than a year.

Housebreaking regression in 2 year old dog..help!?

Is it legal for a public school to make a disabled child wait 30 days to start school?

I have a child who has cerebral palsy. He has been homeschooled and is now 9 years old. I have asked about getting him started in public school. The school's website says a student can start 1-2 days after registering. However, the special ed coordinator tells me my child has to wait up to 30-45 days before he can start. She says they need to get him evaluated and everything "set up" for him before he can start. Is it possible to have a person banned from the birthing wing of a hospital? I am pregnant, due in February. My mother-in-law is nothing but an alcoholic, who loves to cause trouble and drama (my husband agrees). KZ2 online is awesome. It has a ranking system, and a bage/mdal system. You earn badges for doingcertain things, and medals for collecting X amount of badges(i think its 8 for all of them, but im not certain). as you unlock, medals and such you unlock certain abillities and cles. As you progress in online play, you can mix and match cles. Which makes it a lot of fun. II think its better than cod5, and you can make the control(on) layout almost exacltly like cod. But your control over the player is different, I love the control system, i find it to be realistic, and not hard at all. I recommend this game to anyone who likes fpses
