Need some thoughts from girls please?

So my girlfriend is a German. I would say our relationship is a very loving one. And I constantly write poems and say sweet words to her. I really want to take this seriously so I don't resolve it to any ual or the likes of body interactions. Kissing of course all the time but that's the farthest I want to go for now and she bluntly agree with almost everything I say. Literally, she always agrees to everything i said, which is a bit surprised considering my past relationships all ended because of too much different opinions and thoughts. Is this a good thing or should I be more concern and tell her to have her own opinions too. Doesn't always have to listen to what i had to said. She has odd ways of using love words such as 'i want to be with you until the sun falls from the sky' or 'at rainbow's end is a place for you'. Such a unique girl she is. Reminds me of woman's behaviors from hundreds of years ago
