Trying to install logitech quickcam for windows 7 not working?

I have the disc but when i tr yo instal it it says "the program is blocked due to compability issues" i have a hp laptop and i have the webcam < I got to runt the software on the actual website id ownloaded it but when i go to isntall it the whole software is blank and onyl says a few tihngs.. wtf am i suposse to do? the logitech quick cam version V 11.9> HELP!
