Why have I never d?

Hi, I am a 26 year old straight male and have never d in my life while awake. I have had nocturnal emissions (still) and I get s fairly often (not full ones) but never d. I know something must be medically wrong, but I haven't been to the doctor about it. Anyone have any ideas or places that I could start?
