After the crash, can I live with a salary of AED 18000 per month!!!?

I have recvd a new job offer! I work in Bahrain for AED13000 (BD1300), currently being offered AED18000 to move to Dubai. Have a wife and infant. Is this a good idea? Can you help me take a call?
