Shopping Blues?

when you walk into a shop do you hate it when an istant immediately pounces on you, and asks if they can help? I do. Then it's guaranteed that when you do need help you can't find anyone. Also why do I feel guilty when i have to ask a question and two istants are having a conversation, and I'm hovering on the side trying to get noticed, knowing I'm deliberately being ignored!!!!!
