How long does unopened pepto bismol keep after expiration?

I really.......REALLY need pepto bismol RIGHT now but this unopened bottle of it expired like 2/3 months ago is there only minimal to moderate risk....or maybe even severe as long as its not death to taking it, my parents are gone and there is no way to get any more right now.
