He says it on the level "No Russian" when the screen is still black and you're in the elevator, and it isn't in the subtitles. I ume it's in Russian. It sounds like "sna-me-bough", with "bough" pronounced like "dough" but with a "b". I would prefer someone who speaks Russian to answer this question since they would know for sure, as I ume it's a common word or phrase.
