Question about a wireless network?

I have my wireless set up so all computers connect to the internet through the router to the same server IP address, I have outlook express and was wondering if i could configure outlook express so that i could send and recieve messages internaly between each of these computers as well as send and recieve e-mails? if not then can you recomend a program that let's me do that
