Are all human emotions and desires based around our primal urges?

Yes, our emotions are based around our primal urges. There are basically only two drives, desire and fear. Desire as in wants and a host of fears based around loss. It is the mix of the two that create all our other emotions. Urge to , becomes love when we fear the loss of the object of our desire. It is the fear of loss that drives the desire for possession and that coupled with love leads to pion. The emotions created mix and mingle in varying proportions to create all our emotions.
