What medical treatments have been produced from embryonic stem cell research?

I don't care what treatment it is, if it is for a hangnail, a skin rash, diabetes, parkinson's disease, cancer, or the common cold. I just want to know WHAT TREATMENTS EXIST, if any. I'm tired of the politicos promising "eventual" treatments, like they have for years. Has anything been developed yet, or are embryos being processed for no real reason?
