A little bit of dedective work...:0)?

Does anybody know whom I will have to approach if I want to design stationary for a retailer's? Do I contact the manager first? And then the manufacturer? And do I have to pay for the manufacturing? I am also very short with money...apart from getting a loan or a shareholder (or do you look for a shareholder once you have already started a company?) is there any other way for me to find the money?
