After replacing my wiperswitch on honda accord '98 steering, the airbag light on the dashboard has been on.HLP

I recently replaced my wiper switch on my Honda Accord. While pulling the steering off, two pieces of plastic fall off the reel opened. Since then the sensor light has been on. Does anybody know how to fix the airbag?
