Smooth muscle contraction question... thanks!?

The only thing I know for sure is that it's not D. Smooth muscle does not have T tubules that's why there is a "wave" of contraction. T tubules are used in skeletal muscle to allow the action potential to deep and fast (that's what she said) into the tissue so that the contraction of fibers is simultaneous.
