Yes the trade is fair for both parties, its probably good for you anyway because it gives you receivers on two different teams (that and its a huge upgrade from TJ to Smith) while only downgrading to Westbrook instead of Jackson. Definitely a good trade for you, but beware of Westbrook's injury bug.
