Does Harry Reid want it both ways when it comes to John McCain showing up for Senate votes?

Last time I looked, the Senate and House Congressional Committees, the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department were already working on the solution pretty well without needing the help of a "Our Economy is fundamentally strong" Senator with presidential aspirations who can only muck it up more.
