You can still snack! I eat six meals a day. 1300 calories per day. A shake for breakfast, a snack, a ham sandwich for lunch, a snack, dinner, another snack! Its great! Just eat smaller portions. I get those 100 calorie snack pack things. For example fruit cups (90 calories) or my favorite... 100 calorie Fat Free Jello chocolate pudding! I love those things. You eat all day and are never hungry. It keeps your metabolism going all day.
