Stepson affidavit of support on an appoved I130 Visa?

My wife and stepson I130 applications have been approved. I all paperwork for the national visa had been submitted but the idiots lost some of the paperwork. I finally was able to get the lost doents that were need for my wife and stepson but they said that I needed to fill out a special I864 for my 5 year old stepson. I was told by a lawyer that it is the same I864 that I filled out for my wife. Which I864 do I need to fill out for my stepson?
